Refund Policy

The refund policy as of July 15, 2015 is that there is a 100% refund to class participants in any of these situations:

  1. If the course is cancelled by the School.
  2. If the participant is registered but does not take the class and wishes a refund prior to attending then they can get a 100% refund if it is within two weeks of the class start date. Later than two weeks will be a refund minus an administration fee.
  3. If the participant contacts us within three days after taking the full course/workshop/event or class and in writing tells us why they are requesting a refund (they must have reviewed the entire course whether it is recorded or live), they will be able to receive a 100% refund.

If a participant can’t attend a course or other event the registration may be transferred to another person, or transferred to another start date if it is a repeating event and used within one year, or be allowed to take the online version if one exists, but we need to know the name of the new participant and their current contact details.
